Bennigsen, including a lengthy memoir covering his service in the Russian Army during World War I and in the White Army during the Russian Civil War, diaries and draft memoirs pertaining to the same period, memoirs of the fall of France and of his imprisonment, apparently by the Germans, during World War II, and two short texts containing theological reflections; together with letters written to his wife, Feofanii︠a︡ Benningsen, while serving with the White Army, short memoir of the Russian Revolution by Feofanii︠a︡ Bennigsen, collection of White Army poems and songs, and hand-produced satirical journal (1921) produced at the White Army's camp in Gallipoli, Turkey.
